<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian Penambahan bubuk daun kelor dalam pembuatan cookies (nastar) sebagai peluang bisnis ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas cookies (nastar) dengan penambahan bubuk daun kelor dari segi rasa, aroma, tekstur warna dan tampilan, kemudian untuk mengetahui daya tahan serta menganalisis seberapa besar biaya yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan cookies nastar bubuk daun kelor dan juga minat beli sebagai peluang bisnis, Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen, penelitian eksperimen ini dilakukan dengan membuat cookies (nastar) dengan bubuk daun kelor, kemudian diuji oleh 30 panelis dengan tes organoleptik, observasi dan analisis biaya. Hasil penelitian ini berupa penambahan bubuk daun kelor dalam pembuatan cookies (nastar) adalah enak dari segi rasa, beraroma sedap, tekstur yang lembut serta memiliki tampilan yang menarik. Dari hasil uji daya tahan cookies (nastar) dengan penambahan bubuk daun kelor, mampu bertahan selama 20 hari.
