<![CDATA[abstrakHasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, iklim kerja, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja kepala madrasah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah(MI) se Kota Bekasi dengan responden 45 kepala madrasah. Sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: a) Efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap Iklim kerja, b) Efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi berprestasi, c) Iklimkerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi berprestasi, d) Efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja kepala madrasah, e) Iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja kepala madrasah, dan f) motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja kepala madrasahKeywords: Efikasi Diri, Iklim kerja, Motivasi Berprestasi, dan Kinerja Kepala Madrasahabstract This study aimed to determine the effect of self-efficacy, work environment, and achievement motivation toward performance of head of madrasah. The research was conducted in the Islamic Elementary School (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) in Bekasi with 45respondents (headmaster of madrasah). The methode was choosed by using random sampling techniques.
