<![CDATA[PT Putra Rimba Nusantara is a company engaged in the field of national contractors with offices in Pekanbaru. PT Putra Rimba Nusantara has several heavy equipment operating in several locations. Therefore, not a few were damaged, as a result of this damage, several spare parts had to be replaced. To replace a spare part, a replacement for the item must be sought, which must be purchased from each vendor. Sometimes the spare parts that have been purchased do not match the predetermined criteria. This, can result in spare parts having to be returned or exchanged which causes it to take quite a long time. Therefore, this study aims to determine the best vendor according to the requirements required by the criteria specified at PT Putra Rimba Nusantara. The decision support system for vendor selection uses the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, in which this method gives alternative weights to criteria. The criteria used are price, quality, service, discount and delivery time. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The software used is Expert Choice which is a type of software that is widely used in analyzing the results of AHP weighting.]]>
