ABSTRACTION The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the Influence of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence and Employee Commitment to Oraganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Prasetya Bunda Tasikmalaya Hospital. Objects studied are employees of Prasetya Bunda Hospital. The research method used is path analysis. Data collection was obtained through observation, questionnaire and literature study. The population in this study is 110 employees. The results showed that Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence and Employee Commitment significantly influenced both partially and simultaneously to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Prasetya Bunda Hospital.
