Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja dan semangat kerja secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang dominan antara variabel konflik kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Surya Kemasindo Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 orang, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi statistik SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa: 1) variabel konflik kerja dan semangat kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) variabel konflik kerja dan semangat kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) semangat kerja memiliki pengaruh paling dominan pada kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Konflik Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract Thiis study seeks to ascertain how labor affects people. conflict and spirit of work simultaneously as well as partially on employee performance, and to knowing thee dominant influence between work conflict and spirit of work variables on employee performance at CV Surya Kemasindo Malaang. Explanatory study using a quantitative methodology is the style adopted. Respondentsh in thiis research were 32 people, while the methods used was non-probability sampling withh saturated sample. Multiple linear regression was used too examine the data after it was obtained through the distribution of questionaires. the ,SPSS statistical application. The resultts showed that: 1) variables of work conflict andh spirit of work have a simultaneous effect on employee performance; 2) variables of work conflict and spirit of work have a partially effect on employee performance; 3The strongest factor influencing ann employee's performance is their work ethic.Keywords: Work Conflict, Spirit of Work, Employee performance
