<![CDATA[The objectives of this Community Service Program are outlined in a variety of leading themes oriented toward efforts to develop science and technology based on local potential toward a progressive Indonesia. The Community Service Program for High School Teachers is a Social and Humanities field that develops innovation and implementation of learning models, media, and technology; institutional and educational policy development; and productivity and human welfare development. To achieve these objectives, the method of implementing this activity is through training with a combination of theory and practice as well as discussion and demonstration of training results at the end of the activity. This Community Service Program for High School Teachers is conducted to provide TOEFL training to teachers participating in Muhammadiyah High School teacher training in Sidoarjo. It aims to improve the quality of teaching staff and the quality of teaching and learning in high schools, especially in the Muhammmadiyah high schools in Sidoarjo. From the results of the TOEFL training for Muhammadiyah high school teachers, it was found that the implementation of the training went smoothly and the trainee teachers were very enthusiastic about the implementation of the training and the participants wanted further training on TOEFL strategies and skills as a provision for taking the TOEFL test and improving English language skills.]]>
