<![CDATA[Abstract As many as 75% of mothers who gave birth vaginally or vaginally experienced tissue tears or injuries to the perineum, where there is a potential prognosis or diagnosis in postpartum women with perineal sutures, namely infection of the perineal sutures. To prevent this infection, comprehensive perineal wound care is needed. Treatment of perineal wounds using binahong leaves can be one way to prevent infection in the wound. There are several studies that have proven that binahong leaves are effective in accelerating the healing process of perineal wounds in postpartum women. Research Objectives: This literature review aims to determine the effectiveness of binahong leaves in the healing process of perineal wounds in postpartum women. Methods: reviewing research articles both nationally and internationally obtained from Google Scholar using the keywords "perineal wound" "partum period" and "binahong leaf". After being selected, eight research articles were obtained consisting of seven national research articles and one international research article. Results: From all research articles, it can be concluded that binahong leaves are effective in accelerating healing in perineal wounds. In addition, binahong leaves can also prevent infection in the perineal wound so that it can provide a sense of security and comfort for postpartum mothers. Keywords: perineal wound, puerperium, binahong leaves Sebanyak 75% ibu yang melahirkan secara normal atau pervaginam mengalami Robekan jaringan atau luka pada perineum yang mana terdapat prognosis atau diagnosa potensial pada ibu nifas dengan luka jahitan perineum yaitu dapat terjadi infeksi pada luka jahitan perineum. Untuk mencegah infeksi tersebut dibutuhkan perawatan luka perineum yang komprehensif. Perawatan luka perineum menggunakan daun binahong bisa menjadi salah satu cara untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi pada luka tersebut. Terdapat beberapa penelitian yang telah membuktikan bahwa daun binahong efektif untuk mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka perineun pada ibu nifas. Tujuan Penelitian: literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifitasan daun binahong dalam proses penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas. Metode: melakukan review terhadap artikel penelitian baik nasional maupun internasional yang diperoleh dari google scholar menggunakan kata kunci “luka perineum” “masa nifas” dan “daun binahong”. Setelah diseleksi didapatkan delapan artikel penelitian yang terdiri dari tujuh artikel penelitian nasional dan satu artikel penelitian internasional. Hasil: dari keseluruhan artikel penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa daun binahong efektif untuk mempercepat penyembuhan pada luka perineum. Selain itu daun binahong juga dapat mencegah infeksi pada luka perineum sehingga dapat memberikan rasa aman serta nyaman pada ibu nifas. Keywords : luka perineum, masa nifas, daun binahong]]>
