<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) dan dibantu dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Peneliti memilih teknik sensus dalam teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu karyawan di sebuah perusahaan di Jakarta sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji efek moderasi dan pengaruh langsung dari variabel-variabel terkait. Metode penentuan jumlah kelayakan responden menggunakan metode Hair yang menyatakan bahwa responden boleh 5 sampai 10 kali jumlah indikator variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, kerja sama tim berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja mampu memoderasi komunikasi terhadap kinerja dan stres kerja mampu memoderasi kerja tim terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Komunikasi, Kerjasama, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of communication and teamwork on employee performance with work stress as a moderating variable. The research method used in this research is quantitative with the Partial Least Square technique (PLS-SEM) and assisted with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The researcher chose the census technique in the sampling technique, namely employees at a company in Jakarta as the sample in this study to test the moderating effect and direct influence of the related variables. The method of determining the number of eligibility respondents uses the Hair method which states that respondents may be 5 to 10 times the number of research variable indicators. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of communication on employee performance, teamwork has an effect on employee performance, and work stress has an effect on employee performance, work stress can moderate communication on performance and work stress can moderate teamwork on employee performance.
