Abstract

Laparotomy is a major surgical procedure where an incision is made in the abdomen, which requires continuous care so that the wound does not become infected. Therefore, immediate treatment is needed, namely with non-pharmacological therapy, namely early mobilization which is carried out 6 hours after surgery. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of early mobilization on postoperative wound healing in laparotomy patients. This study is a literature review, with a literature source, namely Google Scholar. There were 7 articles, with the results of a review on the importance of early mobilization in postoperative laparotomy patients.Keywords: laparotomy; wound healing; early mobilization  ABSTRAK Laparatomi merupakan tindakan pembedahan besar yang dilakukan sayatan pada abdomen, yang membutuhkan perawatan berkesinambungan agar luka tersebut tidak terjadi infeksi. Oleh karena itu perlu penanganan segera yaitu dengan terapi non farmakologi, yakni mobilisasi dini yang dilakukan 6 jam setelah operasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas mobilisasi dini terhadap penyembuhan luka post operasi pada pasien laparatomi. Studi ini merupakan literature review, dengan sumber litaratur yaitu Google Scholar. Didapatkan 7 artikel, dengan hasil review tentang pentingnya mobilisasi dini pada pasien post operasi laparatomi.Kata kunci: laparatomi; penyembuhan luka; mobilisasi dini
