Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan data COVID-19 Kab Grobogan per tanggal 23 Oktober 2020 diketahui bahwa 160 pasien dari total 545 pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 (29%) baik dengan gejala ringan maupun tanpa gejala (asymptomatic) melakukan isolasi mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan aspek lingkungan dengan perilaku isolasi mandiri pasien COVID-19 di Kabupaten Grobogan. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian yaitu pasien isolasi mandiri COVID-19 yang telah sembuh. variabel bebas yaitu aspek pengetahuan dan lingkungan tempat isolasi mandiri pasien COVID-19. Variabel terikat yaitu perilaku isolasi mandiri pasien COVID-19. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner online. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil: Tingkat pengetahuan mayoritas baik (47%), mayoritas aspek lingkungan tempat isolasi mandiri sudah memenuhi syarat (85,5%), tingkat perilaku ketika menjalankan isolasi mandiri COVID-19 mayoritas masih kurang baik (54,2%), serta ada hubungan antara aspek pengetahuan (p 0,001) dan lingkungan (p 0,005) dengan perilaku isolasi mandiri COVID-19. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara aspek pengetahuan dan lingkungan dengan perilaku isolasi mandiri pasien COVID-19. ABSTRACT Background: Based on COVID-19 data from Grobogan Regency as of October 23, 2020, it is known that 160 patients out of a total of 545 confirmed COVID-19 patients (29%) both with mild and asymptomatic symptoms are self-isolating. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and environmental aspects with self-isolation behavior of COVID-19 patients in Grobogan Regency. Methods: This type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional design. The research subjects were COVID-19 self-isolated patients who had recovered. The independent variables are aspects of knowledge and the environment where COVID-19 patients are self-isolating. The dependent variable is the self-isolation behavior of COVID-19 patients. The research instrument was an online questionnaire. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using chi square test. Results: The majority of knowledge levels are good (47%), the majority of environmental aspects where self-isolation has met the requirements (85.5%), the level of behavior when carrying out COVID-19 self-isolation is still not good (54.2%), and there is a relationship between aspects of knowledge (p 0.001) and environment (p 0.005) with COVID-19 self-isolation behavior. Conclusion:There are relationship between knowledge and environmental aspects with self-isolation behavior of COVID-19 patients.
