Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan dan akuntabilitas terhadap prestasi kerja anggota kepolisian pada Unit Kerja Kapoltabes Kota Makassar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrument penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda serta pengujian hipotsis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kedisiplinan kerja memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja anggota Kepolisian pada Unit Kerja Kapoltabes kota Makassar. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja anggota Kepolisian pada Unit Kerja Kapoltabes kota Makassar. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja anggota Kepolisian pada Unit Kerja Kapoltabes kota Makassar, dan akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja anggota Kepolisian pada Unit Kerja Kapoltabes kota Makassar. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, leadership and accountability on the work performance of police officers at the Makassar City Police Chief Work Unit. Data collection techniques were used through observation, documentation and distribution questionnaires to achieve this goal. At the same time, the data analysis technique uses research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that work discipline had a positive and significant influence on the work performance of members of the Police at the Makassar City Police Chief Work Unit. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of members of the Police at the Makassar City Police Chief Work Unit. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on the work performance of Police members at the Makassar City Police Chief Work Unit, and accountability has a positive and significant impact on the work performance of Police members at the Makassar City Kapoltabes Work Unit..
