Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja, menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi yang ada pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik Non probability sampling jenis sampling jenuh atau sensus. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini meliputi analisis deskriptif, analisis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; 2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dengan koefisien; 3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; 4) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 5) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 6) Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; 7) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 8) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja; 9) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja; 10) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja. This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work environment, compensation on work motivation, analyze the influence of competence, work environment, compensation, motivation on the performance of the employees of the Office of Community and Village Empowerment of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The total population in this study was 50 people. The sampling technique used is the non-probability sampling technique, the type of sampling is saturated or census. Data was obtained by using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive analysis, PLS analysis. The results of the study show that 1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; 2) The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on work motivation with coefficients; 3) Compensation has a positive but not significant effect on work motivation; 4) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance; 6) Compensation has no effect on employee performance; 7) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 8) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation; 9) The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation; 10) Compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation
