Evaluasi SIMPUS terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Menggunakan PIECES Framework di Puskesmas Benculuk Banyuwangi

Abstract

The Benculuk health center has used the health center information system (SIMPUS) but there are still problems such as errors in the system, there is no medical record check-in and entry feature yet, it has not been integrated with several services, there are no restrictions on access rights, and no guidebooks are available. The purpose of this study was to evaluate SIMPUS on user satisfaction using the PIECES Framework method. The design of this study was cross-sectional, involving 37 respondents who were selected randomly. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically using the regression test. In multivariate terms, a variable with a p value less than 0.05 was information, precisely p = 0.032. It was concluded that information is a determinant of SIMPUS user satisfaction at the Benculuk Banyuwangi Health Center.Keywords: health center information system; PIECES Framework; user satisfaction; information ABSTRAK Pukesmas Benculuk telah menggunakan sistem informasi puskesmas (SIMPUS) namun masih terjadi masalah seperti error pada sistem, belum tersedia fitur pengawas keluar masuknya rekam medis, belum terintegrasi dengan beberapa layanan, belum adanya batasan hak akses, dan belum tersedianya buku panduan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi SIMPUS terhadap kepuasan pengguna menggunakan metode PIECES Framework. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional, yang melibatkan 37 responden yang dipilih secara random. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analitik menggunakan uji regresi. Secara multivariat, variabel dengan nilai p kurang dari 0,05 adalah information, tepatnya p = 0,032. Disimpulkan bahwa information merupakan determinan dari kepuasan pengguna SIMPUS di Puskesmas Benculuk Banyuwangi. Kata kunci: sistem informasi puskesmas; PIECES Framework; kepuasan pengguna; information
