<![CDATA[The formulation of the problem in this research is is there any influence of discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Ar Rayhan Tour and Travel North Musi Rawas, South Sumatra. This type of research uses the corrolative type. The number of samples is 15 employees who work at PT. Ar Rayhan Tour and Travel North Musi Rawas. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires and through documentation of PT. Ar Rayhan Tour and Travel North Musi Rawas. Based on the results of research analysis regarding the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Ar Rayhan Tour and Travel Musi Rawas Utara, South Sumatra, this can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.602, besides the value = 0.000 < alpha 0.05, the results of the coefficient of determination test (R²) obtained an R square value of 0.247 which means that the remuneration variable explains employee performance variable is 24.7%, from the T test results obtained sig 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the work discipline variable (X) and the employee performance variable (Y). ]]>
