<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh insentif, kompetensi, dan fasilitas terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil negara pada Sekolah lanjutan di Kabupaten Mamasa. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif secara assosiatif yang menjelaskan pengaruh variable independen terhadap variable dependen. Lokasi penelitian yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah Sekolah lanjutan di Kabupaten Mamasa. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi dalam unit analisis penelitian ini sebanyak 103 orang yang terdiri dari guru dan aparatur sipil negara pada: Sekolah lanjutan sebanyak 46 orang, Sekolah lanjutan sebanyak 30 orang dan Sekolah lanjutan 2 Bambang sebanyak 27 orang. Metode sampling secara sampel jenuh yaitu banyaknya sampel sama dengan banyaknya populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja aparatus sipil negara, kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja aparatus sipil negara, dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja aparatus sipil negara. Insentif merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja aparatus sipil negara. AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of incentives, competencies, and facilities on the performance of the state civil apparatus in secondary schools in Mamasa District. This research approach is quantitative associative which explains the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research location chosen in this study was an advanced school in Mamasa District. This type of research data is primary data. The population in the analysis unit of this study was 103 people consisting of teachers and civil servants at: 46 high school students, 30 high school students and 27 Bambang 2nd high school students. Sampling method with saturated samples, namely the number of samples equal to the number of population. The results of this study indicate that incentives have a positive effect on the performance of the state civil apparatus, competence has a positive effect on the performance of the state civil apparatus, and learning facilities have a positive effect on the performance of the state civil apparatus. Incentives are the most dominant variable influencing the performance of the state civil apparatus.
