Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to see the employee recruitment process at PT Citraloka Bumi Begawan toward unbalancing data and facts. This research involved a descriptive qualitative method through primary and secondary data. Collecting data technique is in the form of observation, interview, and documentation. The result showed that the recruitment process hasn’t produced professional and credible employees in order to achieve and support the company performance. The recruitment is through by seeing employee CV and interview to see the candidate attitude, character, ability and medical check-up at the last. The labors were selected from their average score from each head department and trial given for 3 months. Keywords: Process analysis; staff recruitment ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses rekrutmen karyawan di PT. Citraloka Bumi Begawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang di gunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan temuan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Analisis terhadap proses rekrutmen karyawan di PT. Citraloka Bumi Begawan Kabupaten Musi Rawas belum terwujudnya karyawan yang profesional dan jujur untuk mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang baik, Perencanaan mengenai kebutuhan tenaga kerja, dimana ada satu orang yang memasuki usia pension. Penerimaan karyawan, menyesuikan penilaian prestasi calon karyawan dan membuka lowongan melalui media cetak dan audiovisual. Seleksi dilakukan dengan melihat lampiran riwayat pelamar dan tatap muka untuk mengenal watak dan kemampuan serta melakukan pemeriksaan di instalasi rumah sakit, puskesmas, poli klinik. Penempatan tenaga kerja diseleksi nilai rata-rata dari departemen penilai dan dilakukan masa percobaan selama tiga bulan. Kata Kunci : Analisis Proses; Rekrutmen Karyawan
