<![CDATA[Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara parisal maupun secara simultan antara Locus Of Control dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Kecamatan Biringkanaya di Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada kantor Kecamatan Biringkanaya. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 83 responden yang berasal dari kantor Kecamatan Biringkanaya.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara locus of control terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara untuk hipotesis selanjutnya juga ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara locus of control dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Locus of Control, Beban Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai.AbstractThis study aims to determine the influence of both partial and simultaneous between the Locus of Control and Workload on Employee Performance.This research was conducted at the Biringkanaya Subdistrict Office in Makassar City using a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all Civil Servants in the Biringkanaya District office. The sample used was 83 respondents from the Biringkanaya District office.The results of this study found that there was no positive and partially significant influence between the locus of control on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between workload variables on employee performance. Meanwhile, for the next hypothesis, it was also found that there is a simultaneous influence between the locus of control and workload on employee performance.
