<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on work employee’s and performance at Grand Pujon View Hotel Malang. This type of research used in this research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data analysis using descriptive and path analysis. The results showed that the material incentive have significant effect on work motivation, non-material incentives have a significant effect on work motivation, incentives has significant effect on performance, non-material incentives have a significant effect on the performance and motivation has significant effect on performance of employee’s. The results of the analysis says that the provision of fair and adequate incentives will provide a significant influence on the motivation and performance of employees. Therefore incentives brings positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Incentives, Motivation and Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh insentif terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan Hotel Grand Pujon View Kabupaten Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk mengukur dan mengungkap data penelitian secara tepat. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan jalur (path). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif materiil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, insentif non materiil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, insentif materiil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, insentif non materiil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pemberian insentif yang adil dan layak akan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan.
