The paranasal sinuses are cavities in the facial bones consisting sinuses of frontal (on the forehead), ethmoid (on the bridge of the nose), maxillary on the right and left cheeks, and sphenoid (behind the ethmoid sinuses). CT scan examination of the paranasal sinuses with contrast media is used to detect various abnormalities in the facial bones and soft tissue in detail. Meanwhile, the axial view is known to be the best standard examination for assessing the lower orbitomeatal line (IOML). This study aimed to analyze the Ct Scan examination procedure of the paranasal sinuses with nasal cavity tumors in Radiology Installation of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital in Bandar Lampung. This study used descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through techniques of direct observation on the patient with nasal cavity tumors, documentation studies of radiographs, and interviews with radiographers and radiologists. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to draw conclusions and suggestions can be drawn. Result of the study showed that the procedure of CT Scan of the paranasal sinuses with clinical tumors of the nasal cavities at the hospital was performed using patient preparation of laboratory examination procedures and taking scanogram images on axial and coronal sections
