<![CDATA[AbstrakSide guide holder merupakan saah satu bagian di mesin roll former yang berfungsi untuk menahan peleksaat di bentuk profile agar tidak keluar dari jalurnya. Side guide holder ini sering mengalami permasalahan saat proses maintenance atau saat pembersihan, dimana saat side guide holder ini dilepas akan sangat membutuhkan waktu dalam proses pemasanganya karena harus diukur ulang sesuai dengan profile yang dibentuk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat pengunci pada shaft side guide holder untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara dan pengujian menggunakan software. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah desain side guide holder yang sudah terdapat pengunci pada bagian shaft.Kata kunci: Pelek, side guide holder, pengunciAbstractThe side guide holder is one part of the roll former machine that serves to hold the wheel when it is profiled so that it doesn't get out of line. The purpose of this research is to make a lock on the shaft side guide holder to overcome these problems. The method used is by observation, interviews and testing using software.
