<![CDATA[Abstrak: COVID dan tuberculosis (Tb) sama-sama menunjukkan gangguan pernafasan dengan gejala utama: batuk dan mungkin sesak nafas. Ibu hamil (bumil) yang normal sekalipun kadang-kadang mengeluhkan sesak di bagian dada saat bernafas. Untuk itu perlu pemahaman yang tepat untuk mengetahui gejala yang timbul merupakan kondisi yang normal atau berbahaya sebagai suatu gejala dari penyakit. Dengan demikian tidak akan terjadi salah persepsi, dikira sesuatu hal yang dinilai biasa, ternyata bisa berisiko fatal, atau sebaliknya. Memberikan informasi yang tepat dan meningkatkan pemahaman bumil mengenai gejala COVID dan Tb, serta bagaimana aturan pemberian vaksinasi booster bagi bumil. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dengan mitra kader ‘Aisyiyah Kota Yogyakarta berupa penyuluhan, bertempat di Pendopo Kecamatan Mergangsan, Kota Yogyakarta, dengan pemberian pretest dan postest sebelum dan sesudah penyampaian materi. Diskusi dan tanya jawab dilaksanakan pada akhir sesi. Banyaknya pertanyaan mengenai vaksin booster menunjukkan antusiasme peserta pengabdian melaksanakan vaksin booster COVID. Hasil postest menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dengan nilai 80,74 dari nilai 51,58 saat pretest dengan total peserta 27 orang.Abstract: COVID and tuberculosis (Tb) both show respiratory problems with the main symptoms: coughing and possibly shortness of breath. Even normal pregnant women sometimes complain of tightness in the chest when breathing. For this reason, proper understanding is needed to find out the symptoms that arise are normal or dangerous conditions as a symptom of the disease. Thus, there will be no misperceptions, which are thought to be something that is considered normal, in fact it can be fatal, or vice versa. Providing the right information and increasing the understanding of pregnant women about the symptoms of COVID and TB, as well as the rules for giving booster vaccinations for pregnant women. The implementation of service is in the form of counseling, by giving pretest and posttest before and after the delivery of the material. Discussions and questions and answers were held at the end of the session. The number of questions regarding the booster vaccine shows the enthusiasm of the service participants in implementing the COVID booster vaccine. The posttest results showed an increase in understanding with a score of 80.74 from a score of 51.58 during the pretest with a total of 27 participants.]]>
