<![CDATA[Mesin roll forming terdapat disalah satu perusahaan PT. Sermani Steel yang sering mengalami permasalahan breakdown mesin pada motor gerak, masalah kelistrikan, dan masalah kontrol panel mesin roll forming. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan operator mesin terhadap tindakan perawatan mesin roll forming. Dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) untuk mengetahui prioritas atribut-atribut yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap upaya peningkatan kualitas pemeliharaan. Studi kasus dilakukan pada operator mesin mesin roll forming di PT. Sermani Steel. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 10 orang responden yang dianggap sebagai operator mesin. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu tahap pengumpulan data Voice Of Costumer dan penyusunan House Of Quality. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas atribut pemeliharaan terhadap 11 atribut, atribut yang di prioritaskan adalah K3 dengan nilai 21,000 dan tingkat keahlian teknisi dengan nilai 19,000. Peningkatan kualitas pemeliharaan mesin roll forming sesuai dengan rumah mutu kualitas (House Of Quality). There is a roll forming machine in one of the companies PT. Sermani Steel, which often experiences engine breakdown problems on motion motors, electrical problems, and control panel roll forming machine problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of machine operator satisfaction with the roll-forming machine maintenance action. By using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method to determine the priority of the attributes that are very influential on efforts to improve the quality of maintenance. A case study was conducted on a roll-forming machine operator at PT. Sermani Steel. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 10 respondents who are considered machine operators. The data analysis was carried out, namely the stage of collecting Voice of Customer data and compiling the House of Quality. The results obtained from this study indicate that to improve the quality of maintenance attributes for 11 attributes, the prioritized attributes are K3 with a value of 21,000 and a technician's level of expertise with a value of 19,000.
