Haryono No. 169 Malang e-mail: [e-mail] ABSTRAK Proses pembangunan berkembang pesat begitu pula dengan kemajuan kehidupan masyarakat. Namun ada pula dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan salah satunya tindak pidana. Salah satu tindak pidana yang sangat merugikan bagi bangsa dan negara adalah korupsi. Didalam tahapan penyelidikan, tugas tersebut dilaksanakan oleh Seksi Bidang Intelijen yang berada di tiap-tiap tingkatan kejaksaan. Penulis memilih lokasi penelitian di Kejaksaan Negeri Situbondo dikarenakan pada tahun 2021, melalui berita online Faktual News, memberitakan bahwa tiap tahunnya, dari tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2021 selalu ada Kepala Desa di Situbondo masuk penjara, karena terjerat kasus Korupsi Dana Desa (DD). Penulis ingin mengetahui apakah intelijen kejaksaan berperan aktif dalam penyelamatan uang negara tersebut khususnya dalam pengungkapan tindak pidana korupsi atau terdapat kendala yang terjadi sehingga menghambat kinerja dari intelijen kejaksaan. Rumusan masalah adalah bagaimana fungsi intelijen kejaksaan negeri situbondo dalam pengungkapan tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa dan bagaimana hubungan intelijen kejaksaan dengan jaksa penyidik pidana khusus kejaksaan negeri situbondo saat menangani kasus tindak pidana korupsi. Metode penelitian yaitu Yuridis Empiris dengan metode pendekatan Yuridis Sosiologis. Bahan primer diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dengan seksi intelijen Kejaksaan Negeri Situbondo. Bahan sekunder diperoleh dengan menganalisis kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa fungsi Intelijen Kejaksaan Negeri Situbondo Dalam Pengungkapan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Yang Dilakukan Pemerintah Desa adalah Penyelidikan Tindak Pidana Korupsi dan Pencegahan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Sedangkan, hubungan Intelijen Kejaksaan Dengan Jaksa Penyidik Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Negeri Situbondo Saat Menangani Kasus Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Intelijen Kejaksaan berfungsi dalam penyelidikan, sedangkan Jaksa Penyidik Pidana Khusus berfungsi dalam penyidikan. However, this tendency also leaves negative impacts, such as criminal corruption. This crime has a devastating effect affecting the state. The inquiry process over criminal corruption is carried out by the Intelligence Department existing at every level of the Attorney General's Office. Online factual news reported in 2021 that a village head was jailed every year from 2017 to 2021 over the corruption of village funds. This research aims to find out whether the intelligence of public prosecutors is actively involved in securing state funds in terms of solving criminal corruption or whether there are some factors hindering the performance of the intelligence. Within the scope of the research problems, this research aims to study the function of the intelligence of public prosecutors in Situbondo in solving the case of corruption committed by the village governments and the relationship between the intelligence agency of general prosecutors and the enquiring prosecutors in the District Attorney General in Situbondo in dealing with the corruption case. This research employed empirical-juridical methods and socio-juridical approaches. The primary data were obtained from an interview with an intelligence agency of public prosecutors of the district attorney general office of Situbondo. The secondary data were obtained by analyzing the literature. The research results reveal that regarding the case discussed, the function of the intelligence agency concerned is to hold an investigation, while the intelligence agency of public prosecutors is responsible for the investigation and the prosecutors assigned for inquiry of particular cases of the District Attorney General Office in Situbondo serve as enquirers in the inquiry process.
