<![CDATA[This articles focuses on the Islam and globalization dialectics as a phenomenon in modern and postmodern conditions. Development of globalization revolutions presented several elements, especially cyber-space, postmodern culture and late capitalism ideological foundation. Development and improvement of Islamic studies in Indonesia still based on modernity paradigm that needs postmodernity paradigm. Relevance of postmodernity paradigm in Islamic studies to resolute and resolve the problem of globalization which muslim peoples are live in cyber-space controlled and leaded by late capitalism and postmodern culture in every day life. This revolution of globalization media implicates the existencial crisis which Islam has accountability to resolve and resolute based on tha basic principle of Islamic doctrine. Development of Islamic sufism and philosophy was resolution alternative to resolve the crisis of modern and postmodern man. Integration of Islamic sufism and critical philosophy paradigm has relevance to improve and develop paradigm of Islamic studies in contemporary Indonesian Islam.]]>
