<![CDATA[Jackson Niagatama is a company engaged in the production of animal feed. The problem faced by PT. Jackson Niagatama is that it is difficult to determine the best animal feed because it is still done manually, which is to conduct an assessment directly and requires a long time and difficulty in determining the best quality animal feed. To assist the company in making decisions in determining the best animal feed at PT. Jackson Niagatama, the authors conducted research on the criteria for determining the best animal feed using the Topsis method. The Topsis method is one of the methods used in Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) by looking at the closest solution/alternative as an approach to the ideal solution in ranking. This method focuses on ranking and selecting from a number of alternatives even though the criteria are conflicting. The problem of determining the best animal feed is a problem that can be solved using the Topsis method. The Topsis method provides a ranking to the closest solution even though there are conflicting criteria, so that decision makers in this case can choose the right ranking according to the available alternatives.]]>
