Penyuluhan Asi Eksklusif dan Manajemen Asi Perah Secara Daring Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Pengetahuan Ibu Menyusui di Masa Pandemi

AbstrakTujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu menyusui akan pentingnya asi eksklusif serta manjemen asi perah untuk ibu yang bekerja di Desa Kedungsarimulyo Kecamatan Welahan Kabupaten Jepara. Target luaran yang diharapkan yaitu meningkatnya cakupan asi eksklusif di Desa Kedungsarimulyo. Metode yang digunakan melalui penyuluhan secara daring melalui WhatsApp Group. Hasil program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa kegiatan penyuluhan asi eksklusif serta manajemen ASI Perah yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan ibu menyusui. Hal tersebut  terbukti dari adanya peningkatan pengetahuan melalui pre post test dari 5,82 menjadi 8,29. Ibu menyusui juga merespon secara positif adanya proram penyuluhan tersebut. Ketercapaian dari hasil program penyuluhan ini masih belum keseluruhan sempurna, sebab terdapat peserta yang tidak memiliki akses internet sehingga menjadi pengganggu dalam keberhasilan penyuluhan, namun secara kumulatif melalui kegiatan evaluasi pengabdian dinyatakan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai asi eksklusif serta strategi penerapan asi eksklusif bagi ibu bekerja setelah mengikuti penyuluhan AbstractThe purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and understanding of breastfeeding mothers on the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and management of breast milk for working mothers in Kedungsarimulyo Village, Welahan District, Jepara Regency. The expected output target is increasing the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Kedungsarimulyo Village. The method used is through online counseling via WhatsApp Group. The results of the community service program are in the form of exclusive breastfeeding counseling activities and management of Dairy ASI, namely increasing knowledge of breastfeeding mothers. This is evident from the increase in knowledge through the pre post test from 5.82 to 8.29. Breastfeeding mothers also responded positively to the counseling program. The achievement of the results of this counseling program is still not entirely perfect, because there are participants who do not have internet access so that they become a nuisance in the success of counseling, but cumulatively through service evaluation activities it is stated that there is an increase in knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding and management of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers after attending counseling. Keywords: Breast Milk; Counseling; Exclusive Breastfeeding
