Fenomena kekerasan seksual masih marak terjadi. Kesadaran lingkungan sebenarnya semakin meningkat untuk ikut serta dalam aksi pencegahan. Namun di lapangan pengetahuan anak tentang pencegahan Kekerasan Seksual terhadap Anak (KSA) belum sepenuhnya tersampaikan. Masyarakat masih kesulitan menyampaikan pencegahan dengan cara yang tidak dianggap tabu. Peran teknologi informasi masih sangat minim. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan uji validasi aplikasi Augmented Reality “AJAR MANDIRI†dalam peningkatan pengetahuan perlindungan diri terhadap KSA. Validasi konten dilakukan oleh 5 orang ahli dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis Aikens, selanjutnya dilakukan uji validasi empirik melalui metode eksperimen pada subjek penelitian sejumlah 26 siswa sekolah dasar (SD) yang memenuhi kriteria. Subjek penelitian diperoleh melalui purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Augmented Reality “AJAR MANDIRI†valid secara konten dan empirik, koefisien validitas Aikens berkisar antara 0.84-0.94, sedangkan uji beda sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan atau pemberian aplikasi pada siswa menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan. Hal tersebut berarti aplikasi Augmented Reality “AJAR MANDIRI†terbukti valid.  The phenomenon of sexual violence is still rife. Environmental awareness is actually increasing to take part in preventive actions. However, in the field, children's knowledge about the prevention of ASD has not been fully conveyed. People still find it difficult to convey prevention in a way that is not considered taboo. The role of information technology is still very minimal. The purpose of this study was to test the validation of the “AJAR MANDIRI†Augmented Reality application in increasing knowledge of self-protection against KSA. Content validation was carried out by 5 experts and analyzed using Aiken’s analysis, then empirical validation tests were carried out through experimental methods on research subjects a number of 26 elementary school students who met the criteria. Research subjects were obtained through purposive sampling. The results showed that the Augmented Reality “AJAR MANDIRI†application was valid in content and empirically, the coefficient of validity of Aiken’s ranged from 0.84-0.94, while the different test before and after being given treatment or giving the application to students showed a significant increase in knowledge. This means that the “AJAR MANDIRI†Augmented Reality application is proven valid.
