This term is most often used for employees or clerks who work hourly hours. Employees or workers with hourly wages are usually paid according to the hours worked. This study uses the eigenfaces technique as a result of transforming facial images into a set of facial characteristic features in the form of eigenvectors from the covariant matrices of the facial images. In the approach and recognition of faces, it is explained that eigenfaces do not see certain features on the face such as eyes, mouth, nose, etc. to detect and recognize faces.
