<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis efektifitas pengelolaan dan sistem pengendalian piutang pada Koperasi Pegawai RI (KP-RI) Sagurisi. Penelitian ini mengunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan koperasi pegawai RI (KP-RI). Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara terstruktur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan hasil pengelolaan piutang sudah berjalan efektif dan efisien yang dinilai dari tingkat perputaran piutang koperasi karena dalam tingkat perputaran selama 3 tahun mengalami peningkatan sehingga koperasi hampir bisa mengurangi seminimal mungkin jumlah piutang tertunggaknya. Tindakan yang dilakukan Koperasi Pegawai RI (KP-RI) Sagurisi Kabupaten Bungo terhadap keterlambatan pembayaran sudah dikelolah dengan baik.Kata kunci : Efektifitas Pengelolaan Dan Sistem Pengendalian Piutang This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the management and control system of accounts receivable at the Indonesian Employee Cooperative (KP-RI) Sagurisi. This study uses secondary data sourced from the financial statements of the RI employee cooperatives (KP-RI). This type of qualitative research with structured interview method. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of the management of receivables have been running effectively and efficiently which is judged from the level of the cooperative's receivables turnover because the turnover rate for 3 years has increased so that the cooperative can almost reduce the number of outstanding receivables to a minimum.
