<![CDATA[Hospital licensing is processed through the OSS-RBA system, in the OSS-RBA system private hospitals are included in KBLI 86103 where single purpose provisions apply. The application of single purpose to KBLI 86103 means that foundation legal entities as owners of private hospitals cannot have other business activities or can only have a single business activity. The problem raised in this study is how is the application of KBLI 86103 Single Purpose in the OSS-RBA system for hospital licensing with foundation legal entities (a study at the Yogyakarta PDHI Islamic Hospital)? The research method used is a normative juridical method with a statutory approach. The results of this study conclude that the application of single purpose provisions to KBLI 86103 in the OSS-RBA system is contrary to the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.Key Words: Foundation legal entity; KBLI 86103 single purpose; hospital license AbstrakPerizinan rumah sakit diproses melalui sistem OSS-RBA, pada sistem OSS-RBA rumah sakit swasta masuk dalam KBLI 86103 yang berlaku ketentuan single purpose. Penerapan single purpose pada KBLI 86103 membuat badan hukum yayasan sebagai pemilik rumah sakit swasta tidak dapat memiliki kegiatan usaha lain atau hanya dapat memiliki kegiatan usaha tunggal. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan KBLI 86103 Single Purpose pada sistem OSS-RBA terhadap perizinan rumah sakit berbadan hukum yayasan (studi pada Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI)? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan ketentuan single purpose terhadap KBLI 86103 pada sistem OSS-RBA bertentangan dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
