<![CDATA[The current study aimed to determine the relationship between certain immunological and biochemical parameters with Vitiligo patients. The results revealed that a significant decrease (P<0.05) in the concentration of CD8 (ng/ml) and a significant decrease (P<0.01) in concentration of hormone T4 (ng/dl) in patients compared to healthy group , whereas there was non- significant differences in the levels of CXCL-10(pg/ml) and TSH(µIU/ml), but there were a significant difference (P<0.01) in the concentrations of T3 (ng/ml) and reactive oxygen species(ROS) (ng/ml). According to the gender the males of patients has shown a significant decrease (P <0.05) in the concentration of CD8 in comparison with males control group and a significant decrease (P <0.01) in the concentrations of T4 and TSH hormones, while the data noticed a significant increase (P <0.05) in the concentration of (CXCL-10) as well as a significant increase (P<0.01) in the concentrations of ROS and T3. The comparison between females of patients with control showed a significant decrease in the concentrations of CD8, CXCL-10, T4, and TSH, but there was a significant increase in concentrations of ROS and T3.Keywords: Vitiligo, Immunological parameters, Hormones.]]>
