<![CDATA[The current paper evaluates the influence of a test sample of polysaccharide-based new preparation on the microstructure of separate internals of rabbits after vaccination under the conditions of industrial rabbit breeding. Post vaccinal immunomorphological changes, particularly in liens of the test group, included formation of multiple lymph nodes, saturation in periarterial zone of T-lymphocytes in the formed nodes after the action of the vaccine and “Gemiv” polysaccharidic preparation. Lien lymphatic tissue was represented by middle and large lymphocytes. The structure of the liver was preserved even by the end of the experiment. A significant amount of binuclear hepatocytes was observed, which is indicative of reparative capability. The studied organs testified that the use of polysaccharidic preparation “Gemiv” during vaccination of rabbits against salmonellosis had no negative influence on the function and structure of the internals.Keywords: Immunostimulant, Vaccination, Young stock, Organ minute structure.]]>
