ABSTRACT Babies born with low weight have a risk of experiencing hypothermia and this case often occurs characterized by the condition of the baby's body temperature being below normal due to lack of heat production due to imperfect circulation. Babies who experience hypothermia are very easy to fall ill and even die, to avoid this, the warmth and stability of the baby's body temperature must be considered. Hypothermic baby blanket is a product design in the form of clothes that wrap the baby's body to protect the baby's body so that the baby's body remains warm and prevent hypothermia from occurring. Thexpurpose ofxthis studyxwas toxdetermine thexeffectiveness ofxthe usexof axhypothermic babyxblanket inxincreasingxand stabilizing bodyxtemperature inxlow birthxweight babiesxat Kasih Insani Hospitalxin 2022. This typexof researchxwas axquasi-experimentalxstudy withxa pretestxand posttestxapproach design. xThe resultsxof thexWilcoxon SignedxRank Testxobtained axZ value ofx 4.134 withx a p-value ofx0.000 which was smallerxthan 0.05x (0.000 <0.05), soxHo wasxrejected. The conclusion isxthat there is an effective usexof hypothermicxbaby blankets inxincreasing andxstabilizing body temperaturexin LBW at Kasih Insani Hospital in 2022. Itxis hopedxthat thisxresearch canxprovide informationxthat the use of hypothermic baby blankets is very important and useful in increasing and stabilizing the body temperature of LBW so that babies avoid accidents hypothermia. Keywords: Hypothermic Baby Blanket, Body Temperature, LBW, Hypothermia  ABSTRAK Bayi yang lahir dengan berat badan rendah memiliki risiko mengalami hipotermia dan kasus ini sering terjadi ditandai dengan kondisi suhu tubuh bayi dibawah normal yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya produksi panas karena sirkulasi yang belum sempurna.  Bayi yang mengalami hipotermia sangat mudah untuk jatuh sakit bahkan meninggal, untuk menghindari hal tersebut kehangatan dan kestabilan suhu tubuh bayi harus diperhatikan. Hypothermic baby blanket suatu desain produk berupa model baju pakaian pembungkus badan bayi berfungsi melindungi agar tubuh bayi tetap hangat dan mencegah terjadi hipotermia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Penggunaan Hypothermic Baby Blanket Dalam Meningkatkan Dan Menstabilkan Suhu Tubuh Pada BBLR di RSU Kasih Insani Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian  Quasi Experiment dengan desain pendekatan Pretest dan Postest. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test didapatkan nilai Z senilai 4,134 dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05), sehingga Ho ditolak. Kesimpulannya terdapat efektivitas penggunaan hypothermic baby blanket dalam meningkatkan dan menstabilkan suhu tubuh pada BBLR di RSU Kasih Insani Tahun 2022. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi bahwa penggunaan hypothermic baby blanket sangat penting dan bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan dan menstabilkan suhu tubuh BBLR sehingga bayi terhindar dari kejadian hipotermia. Kata Kunci: Hypothermic Baby Blanket, Suhu Tubuh, BBLR, Hipotermia.
