Pemanfaatan Ikan Lele Menjadi Produk Olahan Abon Lele dalam Rangka Mengembangkan UMKM Desa Sidomulyo

Abstract

AbstrakDesa Sidomulyo memiliki berbagai potensi salah satunya adalah budidaya lele. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memanfaatkan potensi yang ada di desa Sidomulyo melalui pembuatan produk olahan abon lele yang sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan menjadi bisnis UMKM agar produknya memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Untuk memberikan solusi dari hal tersebut, tim Unnes Giat memberikan pelatihan pembuatan abon ikan lele. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui 3 tahap yaitu pra pelatihan dimana tim memetakan masalah dan potensi yang ada di desa, kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan melalui model demonstrasi pembuatan abon lele, dan kegiatan pasca pelatihan berupa cara pengemasan produk dan mekanisme pemasaran. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Balai Desa Sidomulyo. Peserta pelatihan yaitu ibu-ibu PKK desa Sidomulyo berjumlah 7 orang. Selain pelatihan, peserta juga diberikan materi mengenai pengemasan dan pemasaran produk.Kegiatan ini mendapat antusiasme dari para peserta.Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah peserta mendapatkan ilmu mengenai pembuatan abon dan peserta terampil dalam membuat abon dari proses produksi hingga pengemasan dan pemasaran.AbstractSidomulyo Village has various potentials, one of which is catfish farming. The purpose of this service is to take advantage of the potential that exists in Sidomulyo village through the manufacture of processed catfish floss products which have the potential to be developed into UMKM businesses so that the products have high economic value. To provide a solution, Unnes Giat team provided training on making catfish floss. The training was carried out in 3 stages, pre-training where the team mapped out the problems and potential that existed in the village, training activities were carried out through demonstration models for making shredded catfish, and post-training activities in the form of product packaging methods and marketing mechanisms. The training was held at the Sidomulyo Village Hall. The training participants were PKK women from Sidomulyo, totaled 7 people. Apart from the training, the participants were also given material regarding product packaging and marketing. This activity received enthusiasm from the participants. The result of this training was that the participants gained knowledge about making shredded beef and the participants were skilled in making shredded food from the production process to packaging and marketing.Keywords: Catfish; Cultivation; Shredded; UMKM
