Implementasi Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Terpadu Pengadilan Agama (Sipuang) Terhadap Pemenuhan Hak Informasi Di Pengadilan Agama Makassar

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis implementasi aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Terpadu Pengadilan Agama (SIPUANG) terhadap pemenuhan hak informasi di Pengadilan Agama Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner sebanyak 23 responden yang terdiri dari advocat, masyarakat pencari keadilan dan aparatur peradilan di Pengadilan Agama Makassar. Data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur berupa perundang-undangan, buku referensi, jurnal, kamus, media cetak dan elektronik serta dari dokumen resmi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) implementasi aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Terpadu Pengadilan Agama (SIPUANG) terhadap pemenuhan hak informasi di Pengadilan Agama Makassar berjalan kurang optimal: (2) faktor hukum dan faktor penegak hukum merupakan faktor yang menjadi kendala implementasi aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Terpadu Pengadilan Agama (SIPUANG) terhadap pemenuhan hak informasi di Pengadilan Agama Makassar. This research objective is to analyze the implementation of the Integrated Service Information System application for the Religious Courts (SIPUANG) on the fulfilment of information rights in the Religious Courts of Makassar. This study uses primary data from a questionnaire of 23 respondents consisting of advocates, justice seekers and judicial officials at the Makassar Religious Court. Secondary data were obtained from literature in the form of legislation, reference books, journals, dictionaries, print and electronic media as well as from official documents. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the implementation of the Integrated Service Information System application for the Religious Courts (SIPUANG) for fulfilling the right to information at the Religious Courts of Makassar is not optimal: (2) legal factors and law enforcement factors are factors that become obstacles to the implementation of the Information System application Integrated Services of the Religious Courts (SIPUANG) for fulfilling the right to information at the Makassar Religious Court.
