<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of the workforce, government spending and potential natural resource sectors on economic growth in North Kalimantan Province in 2017-2021. The data used is secondary data obtained from BPS. The analytical method uses panel data regression with the results seen, namely the Random Effect Test Method. The results of this study indicate that Labor, Government Expenditure, and Potential Natural Resource Sectors simultaneously influence economic growth in the province of North Kalimantan in 2017-2021 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tenaga kerja, pengeluaran pemerintah dan sektor potensial sumber daya alam terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Kalimantan Utara tahun 2017-2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BPS. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan hasil yang dilihat yaitu dari uji Random Effect Metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tenaga Kerja, Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Dan Sektor Potensial Sumber Daya Alam berpengaruh secara simultan terhdap pertumbuhan ekonomi di provinsi Kalimantan Utara tahun 2017-2021]]>
