<![CDATA[Background: Stunting is an event in which a child's nutrition and height are lacking for their age. Stunting is a serious event that needs to be dealt with immediately because it will have an impact on the quality of children in the future, namely in growth and development so that it will result in growth that is not optimal. less level of intelligence, susceptibility to a disease, increasing poverty and decreasing child productivity. Therefore the researchers wanted to examine the patterns of feeding with the incidence of stunting. Purpose: In this study, the aim was to find out whether the patterns of feeding mothers who were given to children had a relationship with the incidence of stunting. Methodes: Correlational study, with a cross-sectional approach. measurement/observation time. The population is 120 mothers whose children are stunted. Samples with inclusion criteria are children aged 1-5 years with height/age ≤-2SD. The sample size is 60 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. (short method used). Research instruments 1) Microtoise classification of nutritional status based on indicators of height/age, using an anthropometric index of TB with a Z-score threshold, 2) Questionnaire of feeding pattern. The relationship between variables and data scale uses the Spearmen's rho test. Result: Shows that from the results of the Spearmen's Rho statistical test, significant data results were obtained p=0.002 with a significant degree of ꭤ≤ which means H1 is accepted. Judging from the results of the coefficients, there is a weak relationship between the two variables, which means that the better the pattern of feeding, the lower the incidence of stunting. Conclusion: there is no relationship between demographic characteristics and data and the incidence of stunting.
