<![CDATA[Diaturnya formulasi sanksi pidana dalam UU No. 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal, memberi konsekuensi masuknya tindak pidana Jaminan Produk Halal ke dalam sistem pemidanaan. Urgensi penelitian, melihat bagaimana kebijakan formulasi tindak pidana Jaminan Produk Halal saat ini. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan analitis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kebijakan formulasi tindak pidana Jaminan Produk Halal saat ini memiliki banyak kelemahan dan kekurangan dianalisis dari aspek tiga masalah pokok hukum pidana (delik, kesalahan, dan sanksi). Lemahnya kebijakan formulasi menyebabkan formulasi tindak pidana Jaminan Produk Halal tidak dapat diaplikasikan dengan baik dalam sistem pemidanaan. The formulation of criminal sanctions in Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees, provides consideration of the inclusion of criminal Halal Product Guarantees in the criminal justice system. The urgency of this research is to see how the current formulation of Halal Product Guarantee policy is. This research is included in the normative juridical research method with analytical proposed and invited methods. The results of this study suggest that the policy formulation of the Halal Product Guarantee act currently has many weaknesses and shortcomings which are analyzed from the three main aspects of criminal law issues (offense, error, and sanctions). The weak formulation policy causes the formulation of the criminal act of Halal Product Guarantee cannot be properly applied in the criminal justice system.]]>
