Postpartum mather can perform breast care themselves if mothers know how to perform breast care for postpartum mothers properly and correctly.After conducting a preliminary study at the Jetak Health Center, Semarang Regency, there were postpartum mothers who made postpartum visits with swelling problems in their breasts. Of the 2 postpartum mothers who experienced problems with their breasts, namely swollen breasts accompanied by pain, sore nipples, breast milk retention, and breast milk not flowing smoothly. And 1 postpartum mother did not know about postpartum breast care and the purpose of doing postpartum breast care. To find out the level of knowledge of postpartum mothers about breast care in the working area of the Jetak Public Health Center, Kab. Semarang. In this study, a quantitative descriptive research design was used with a population of all postpartum mothers 0-42 days in the working area of the Jetak Health Center, Semarang Regency. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling with a total of 30 respondents and the instrument used a closed questionnaire with 20 questions. In this study, the results of the frequency distribution were obtained, namely the level of knowledge of postpartum mothers about breast care at the Jetak Health Center, Semarang Regency, mostly good as many as 18 people (60.0%). The level of knowledge of postpartum mothers about breast care at the Jetak Health Center, Semarang Regency, was mostly good, 18 people (60.0%). ABSTRAK Masa nifas (puerperium) adalah masa dimana terjadi perubahan-perubahan psikis fisik serta adanya berbagai masalah pada masa nifas salah satunya infeksi pada masa nifas seperti mastitis atau abses. Salah satu upaya yang dapat kita lakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya mastitis atau abses pada ibu nifas adalah dengan melakukan perawatan payudara.Ibu nifas dapat melakukan perawatan payudara sendiri apabila ibu tahu bagaimana cara melakukan perawatan payudara pada ibu nifas dengan tepat dan benar. Setelah dilakukan studi pendahuluan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jetak Kabupaten Semarang terdapat ibu nifas yang melakukan kunjungan nifas dengan masalah bengkak pada payudaranya. Ada 2 ibu nifas yang mengalami masalah pada payudaranya yaitu payudara bengkak disertai rasa nyeri, puting susu lecet, bendungan ASI, dan ASI tidak lancar dan belum mengetahui tentang perawatan payudara. Ada 1 ibu nifas tidak mengetahui perawatan payudara masa nifas dan tujuan melakukan perawatan payudara masa nifas. Untuk Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang perawatan payudara di Wilayah kerja puskesmas jetak Kab. Semarang. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi yaitu seluruh ibu nifas 0-42 hari di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jetak Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan 25 Desember 2022-14 Januari 2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu total sampling dengan jumlah 30 responden dan instrumen menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan 20 pertanyaan. Hasil Penelitian dsitribusi frekuensi yaitu tingkat pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang perawatan payudara di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jetak Kabupaten Semarang baik sebanyak 18 orang (60,0%) Cukup 10 orang (33,3) Kurang 2 orang (6,7).
