The research aims to analyze and design a Web-Based Indihome Disruption Service System at PT. West Nusa Tenggara Telecommunications. This service system is a place for Telkom customers to report complaints about the Indihome used and makes it easier for customers to report so that customers do not need to come to the office to report disturbances, and make it easier for Admins to manage complaint data. The research method used is descriptive field observation method and the data collection method used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, and literature study and uses the Waterfall method as a software development method. The Indihome fault service system serves to create an overview and system modeling and design the appearance of the application. This analysis and design is expected to support the Web-based Indihome Telkom WITEL West Nusa Tenggara Interference Service System to suit its function and purpose.
