<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara likuiditas, profitabilitas, asset growth, dan kondisi pandemi covid terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor property & real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan property & real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda dan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial likuiditas dan asset growth berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Serta tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan saat kondisi pandemi covid-19. Kata kunci : Asset Growth, Covid, Likuiditas, Nilai Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas Abstract The study aimed to analyze the influence of liquidity, profitability, asset growth, and the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic on the value of companies in the property and real estate sector listed on BEI in 2017-2021. The population in this study was all property & real estate companies listed on BEI in 2017-2021. Based on the purposive sampling method, the total sample used in this study was 24 companies. The analysis techniques used in this research were multiple linear regression method and independent sample t-test. The results of research showed that, partially, liquidity and asset growth had no significant negative effect on firm value, while profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value.
