<![CDATA[Finishing workers at Project XYZ spend a lot of time working with improper posture during the project completion stage which can lead to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), namely pain in the skeletal muscles. These complaints can have an impact on decreased productivity caused by poor worker health. This study aimed to analyze the factors that cause MSDs in the finishing workers of the XYZ Project. The design applied in this study was cross-sectional, involving 65 finishing workers as research subjects, who were randomly selected. The factors studied were work posture, age, years of service, duration of work, exercise habits and smoking habits. All factors and MSDs were measured by filling out a questionnaire. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using the Chi-square test. The results of the analysis show that the p-value for each factor was: work posture = 0.001, age = 0.026, duration of work = 0.008, length of service = 0.720, smoking habit = 0.509, and exercise habit = 1.000. It was concluded that the MSDs of finishing workers in the XYZ Project were influenced by work posture, age and duration of work.Keywords: musculoskeletal complaints; construction; work posture ABSTRAK Pekerja finishing di Proyek XYZ menghabiskan banyak waktu bekerja dengan postur tubuh yang tidak tepat selama tahap penyelesaian proyek yang dapat mengakibatkan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) yaitu nyeri pada otot-otot rangka. Keluhan-keluhan tersebut dapat berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas yang diakibatkan oleh kesehatan pekerja yang kurang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab MSDs pada pekerja finishing Proyek XYZ. Rancangan yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah cross-sectional, yang melibatkan 65 pekerja finishing sebagai subyek penelitian, yang dipilih secara random. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti adalah postur kerja, usia, masa kerja, durasi kerja, kebiasaan olahraga dan kebiasaan merokok. Semua faktor dan MSDs diukur melalui pengisian kuesioner. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai p untuk masing-masing faktor adalah: postur kerja = 0,001, usia = 0,026, durasi kerja = 0,008, masa kerja = 0,720, kebiasaan merokok = 0,509, dan kebiasaan olahraga = 1,000.
