<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, literasi digital, jiwa kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha UMKM Kuliner di Jabodetabek. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat yang menyukai bidang kuliner dengan total sebanyak 200 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha, literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha, jiwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha serta lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, digital literacy, leadership spirit, and environment to Culinary MSME entrepreneurial decisions in Jabodetabek. The sample selection technique in this study used convenience sampling. The sample in this study is people who like the culinary field with a total of 200 respondents. The data were analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this study found that there is a negative and insignificant effect of entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial decisions, digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial decisions, leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on entrepreneurial decisions and the environment has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial decisions.]]>
