<![CDATA[Simpanan dalam bentuk tabungan dengan akad wadiah telah diterapkan dalam operasional bank syariah baik bank umum syariah, unit usaha syariah ataupun bprs syariah. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui implementasi fatwa DSN No. 2/DSN MUI/IX/2000, mengenai pemberian bonus atau pemberian imbalan atas simpanan pemilik dana. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan yaitu desktiptif kualitatif dengan penggunaan data sekunder dan primer. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh bahwa dalam pemberian imbalan atau bonus atas simpanan pemilik dana sudah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah yaitu melalui alokasi dana dengan pembagian secara proporsional. ABSTRACTDeposits in the form of savings with wadiah contracts have been applied in the operations of Islamic banks, both Islamic commercial banks, Islamic business units or Islamic Bprs. This study aims to determine the implementation of DSN fatwa No. 2/DSN MUI/IX/2000, regarding the provision of bonuses or rewards for deposits of fund owners.
