PENDAMPINGAN PRAKTIKUM DAN UJI SERTIFIKASI MANDOR BAGI CALON LULUSAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN

Abstrak : Untuk mempersiapkan calon lulusan Teknik Bangunan SMKN 2 Wewewa Barat Provinsi NTT, pihak sekolah bekerja sama dengan Balai Jasa Konstruksi Wilayah IV Surabaya untuk menyelenggarakan Uji Sertifikasi Mandor tanggal 9 sampai 10 April 2021, seluruh biaya bersumber dari APBN, pihak sekolah mendata peserta, menyiapkan TUK, material, dan peralatan praktikum. Uji sertifikasi ini sekaligus wadah PkM yang dilaksanakan dengan metode briefing diskusi, praktikum, dan uji sertifikasi. Sistem evaluasinya meliputi pretest, evaluasi saat praktikum dan posttest. Tujuan PkM adalah meningkatkan jumlah lulusan bersertifikat kompeten Level II dari nol menjadi 38 orang. Nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 47,84 < 60 dan nilai rata-rata posttest untuk aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap meningkat menjadi 80,42 > 60, dimana terjadi peningkatan kompetensi 68,10%. Dari uji sertifikasi diperoleh hasil bahwa 38 orang peserta atau asesi dinyatakan Kompeten (K) atau 100% Kompeten dan asesor telah merekomendasikan kepada BNSP melalui Pihak Balai Jasa Konstruksi Wilayah IV Surabaya untuk menerbitkan sertifikat kompetensi keterampilan Level II bagi asesi yang telah dinyatakan Kompeten (K).Abstract: To prepare prospective graduates of Building Engineering SMKN 2 Wewewa Barat NTT Province, the school is working with the Surabaya Region IV Construction Services Center to hold a Foreman Certification Test from 9 to 10 April 2021, all costs are sourced from the APBN, the school records participants, prepares TUK, materials and practicum equipment. This certification test is also a PkM platform which is carried out using the briefing/discussion method, practicum, and certification test. The evaluation system includes pretest, evaluation during practicum and posttest. The pretest average score was 47.84 < 60 and the posttest average score for aspects of knowledge, skills and attitudes increased to 80.42 > 60, an increase in competence of 68.10%. It was found that 38 participants or assessors were declared Competent (K) or 100% Competent and the assessors had recommended to BNSP through the Construction Service Center Region IV Surabaya to issue Level II skill competency certificates for assessors who had been declared Competent (K).
