<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Intrevensi Kasus ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana teknik CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan individu homoseksual. Subjek adalah mahasisiwa berusia 22 tahun berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Metode asesmen dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, TAT, Grafis (DAP,BAUM, HTP), Skala DAS (Depression, Anxiety, Scale) dan WAIS. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) dan Konseling Islammenjadi intervensi yang dirancang agar klien terlatih untuk mengubah pemikiran-pemikiran negatifmengenai dirinya menjadi pemikiran logis dan membantu klien dalam upaya mengurangi kecemasan mengenai perilaku di masa lalu yang ia sesali. Hasil intervensi terjadi penurunan tingkat skala kecemasan dari 80 ke 10 yang menandakan turunnya tingkat kecemasan yang dialami subjek. The subject is a male student aged 22 years. The assessment method uses interviews, observation, TAT, graphics (DAP, BAUM, HTP), DAS Scale (Depression, Anxiety, Scale) and WAIS. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Islamic Counseling are interventions designed to train clients to turn negative thoughts about themselves into logical thoughts and help clients reduce anxiety about past behavior that they regret. The result of the intervention was a decrease in the level of the anxiety scale from 80 to 10 which indicated a decrease in the level of anxiety experienced by the subject.
