Development and construction of ecotourism needs to be done. The existence of ecotourism development can improve the economy of the country and the surrounding community. Ecotourism development planning needs to pay attention to various things so that development can be optimal. This study aims to identify the potential impacts of ecotourism development in the Hatusua Beach Area. The research method uses a qualitative approach (exploratory research). The results showed that the pre-construction, construction, and operational stages of ecotourism development in the Hatusua coastal area had an impact on biotic, abiotic, and socio-cultural components.
