Abstract

Motivasi Kerja serta Kepuasan Kerja ialah salah satu faktor bisa memberikan pengaruh akan Kinerja Karyawan. Studi ini dengan tujuan guna menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Kerja serta Kepuasan Kerja akan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. Populasi pada studi yaitu semua pekerja PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk dengan total 57 orang. Teknik untuk pengambilan sampel pada studi memakai teknik sampel secara jenuh. Dalam studi ini untuk sampel diambil sebanyak populasi dari PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. Metode untuk pengumpulan data yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara serta penyebaran kuisoner. Pada studi ini untuk metode yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisi data memakai PLS. Dengan hasil studi jika variabel Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar akan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Millennium Pharmacon Internatioanl Tbk. Serta Variabel Kepuasan kerja juga memberikan suatu pengaruh akan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan; Motivasi Kerja Abstract Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction are factors that can influence employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. The population in the study are all employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk with a total of 57 people. The technique for taking samples in this study uses a saturated sample technique. In this study, the sample was taken as much as the population from PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. The method for collecting data is by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. In this study the method used is quantitative with data analysis techniques using PLS. With the results of the study, if the work motivation variable has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk. As well as the Job Satisfaction Variable also has an influence on Employee Performance at PT. Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk.
