<![CDATA[Indonesia is a country with rich and abundant natural resources, so proper regulations are needed to determine how the allocation and management of natural resources are owned, especially in the mining sector. This is because the resources available from mining from the past until now often have difficulties in management and permits. Thus, in order to increase the downstream mining products, a new law was formed, namely the Minerba Law. This study aims to describe how the Minerba Law applies to national strategic project development permits. The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with analysis and approaches to normative juridical methods and empirical juridical methods to explain the implementation of the Minerba Law. Based on the research results, it is known that the Minerba Law has had a significant impact on the licensing of national strategic project development.]]>
