Analisis Kinerja Perusahaan Dengan Menggunakan Balanced Scorecard

Balanced Scorecard is a balanced card concept that is used to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of strategies using 3 perspectives, namely the Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, and Internal Business Perspective. The purpose of this study is to find out how the level of company performance from various perspectives. The method used in this study is the concept of the Balanced Scorecard concept which uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The object used for this study is the company PT. Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (Case Study of Pt. Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk in 2020). From the research results obtained by PT Jamu and Farmasi Sido Muncul in a very good state. The financial perspective is in good standing with liquidity ratios of 5.89 and 3.64, leverage ratios of 16.09% and 16.31%, and profitability ratios of 28.43% and 63.25%. The customer perspective is very good as shown from the variable attributes of the service product and the customer obtained 8.56% very satisfied and 43.35% satisfied. Image variable image obtained 12.01% very satisfied, 45.65% satisfied. Variable relationship with Customer gained 5.84% very satisfied, 46.73% Internal Business Perspective shows that the company is aggressively innovating continuously. And the Learning perspective shows a good level of employee satisfaction. Balanced Scorecard adalah sebuah konsep kartu berimbang yang digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi dan efektivitas strategi menggunakan 3 perspektif yakni Perspektif Keuangan, Perspektif Pelanggan, dan Perspektif Bisnis Internal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kinerja perusahaan dari berbagai perspektif. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini ialah konsep konsep Balanced Scorecard yang menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah perusahaan PT. Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk ( Studi Kasus Pt. Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk Tahun 2020). Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh PT Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul dalam keadaan yang sangat baik. Perspektif keuangan dalam keadaan baik dengan rasio likuiditas 5,89 dan 3,64 ,rasio leverage 16.09% dan 16,31% , dan rasio profitabilitas 28,43% dan 63.25%. Perspektif Pelanggan sangat baik yang ditunjukan dari variabel atribut produk jasa dan pelanggan diperoleh 8,56% sangat puas dan 43,35% puas. Variabel citra image memperoleh 12,01% sangat puas, 45,65% puas. Variabel hubungan dengan Pelanggan memperoleh 5,84% sangat puas, 46,73% Perspektif Bisnis Internal menunjukan perusahaan gencar melakukan inovasi terus-meneurs. Dan perspektif Pembelajaran menunjukan tingkat kepuasan karyawan yang baik.
